Jari possesses an extensive professional expertise, with over 20 years top management experience in hospitality development, design, construction and shipbuilding, tourism & tour operations, manufacturing, purchasing, agedcare, rehabilitation and senior housing development in Europe, Asia and Middle East.

 

Jari´s backround is with floating hospitality concept development and construction, concept planning and design, property and location development, project management and consulting, as well as new product innovation in hospitality, construction, IT and software.

Jari is the Chairman of the Malaysian-Finnish Business Council, holds a director position in the EU-Malaysia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the head of EUMCCI´s Healthcare Committee.

Jari has developed companies and built projects worth over 250 million euros. He is an inventor, problem solver, a natural leader and lifelong entrepreneur.

Linda Niemi

Executive Director & Co-Founder

Linda is a versatile professional in international and regional business operations, with executive level experience in project management, administration, accounting, HR, marketing and PR, product and concept development. 

 

Linda has over 18 years working experience in Europe and South-East Asia on various levels from start-ups to large corporate organisations in a global environment in import/export, marine construction, hospitality, hotel, professional spa and wellness, healthcare, senior housing and property development. 

 

She has in-depth knowledge in project operations, business development, market research and analysis, strategic planning, marketing management and planning, brand development, and doing business in Malaysia and SE-Asia combining an entrepreneurial mind with business management skills.
